General Policies

CUSTOM ART

Group order artwork is complimentary with multiple revisions if we have been granted the order. For design purposes, we will design one option with one revision. Additional revisions will be granted with partial payment or purchase guarantee.

Limit quantity orders

We will provide one complimentary design and one revision with simple revisions. Art for additional revisions will be charged at $25.00 per hour.

RUSH ORDERS

If your order is needed outside the normal delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will try to work with you to get your items completed for your event. You may incur additional Rush Fees if we need to place other orders on hold to produce yours first.

DELIVERY

We are proud of our record to delivery orders on time. However, items that are shipped through a common carrier could delayed through no fault of RS. RS will not be responsible for any carrier delays due to incorrect addresses on the order, typos, or carrier delays.

PAYMENT

In order for us to start production of your order, we must have payment or an organization commitment in writing.  All preapproved credit orders must be paid within 10 days of delivery or a late fee will be assessed. We will be happy to put your item on our group buy so each person can pay separately for their own orders.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before the items have been produced or before the group buy expires. You must contact us via email to cancel an order. Once the product has been produced or the group buy has expired, you will be responsible to purchase the item.

STOCK

Many of our items are in stock on the website that can be purchased as one off products. If we have an issue with an item being out of stock after purchase, we will notify you within 1-2 days. If the item is out of stock and cannot be restocked, we will promptly return your money.

CREDIT CARDS

Several issues can arise while using credit cards online. If you receive an error on your transaction, please do not try the same credit card. If you have an error and you have not received a confirmation that the transaction was successful, do not reorder. Contact us or your bank so we can determine the issues.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All of our items are custom made for you or your organization, so they are unable to be exchanged or returned. Please thoroughly check the size charts provided and read the item details to ensure the proper sizing has been ordered.

RS guarantees all of our products from flaws or defeats in workmanship. Errors by our staff will be replaced. We are not responsible for incorrect spelling, typos, names, text, or any errors made by the customer. Please check your orders and proofs before placing final orders. RS reserves the right to change artwork based on size restrictions and appearance on your item.  Because all computers are not calibrated for color matching, we will not be responsible for color matching unless we have been given an exact PMS color.

REFUNDS

If you have any issues with your order that was by defect or incorrect information, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your items. After 10 days, we will not approve returns.

We will not accept worn or used items. Original shipping will not be refunded. We will pay for return and shipping to replace your item.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item was damaged in shipping, contact us within 48 hours.
